Diagnosed with thrombocytopenia

how does surgery (removal of a distal polyp) cause problem with the anethetist but not with the surgeon who is willing to remove it. would it be better to leave the polyp and allow it to grow,when the patient has been diagnosed with thrombocytopenia, cirrhoses , and enlarged spleen

GALL BLADDER POLYPS OF 13 MM

My father is 55 years old and his gall bladder polyps is 13 mm..Two months ago , it was 7 mm.. The doctor suggested an immediate removal of the same thru laproscopic surgery..Is it risky ?? And is the surgery really required...He is obese and doesnt have any other disease..

I have Chronic Pancreatitis for over a year now. For the whole time I've been taking Panokase 16mg Tab 3 of them 3 times a day. But always wondered if there was something better out there.. What enyzmes if any do you take and how much??
