I have Chronic Pancreatitis for over a year now.
For the whole time I've been taking Panokase 16mg Tab 3 of them 3 times a day.
But always wondered if there was something better out there..

I too take the Panokase 16, I was told to take anywhere from 2 to 8 with each meal, depending on the size of the meal. They seem to work really well, I usually take them only with higher fat meals, and ususally no more than 4 at a time. It is a good enzyme supplement, also I would recommend taking fish oil with your daily dose of meds. I was told this by a university doc. Josh
