triglycerides are high

I am a 34 year male. My cholesteroll, HDL, LDL are normal but the triglycerides are high (403). Is this a risk to health and how to lower them. Thanks.

Liver spots natural treatment

Is it possible to reduce liver spots with some natural remedies? If so, I would appreciate some tip or recipe perhaps. I know that there are some pills, but I would like to try in natural way first. I am only 42 years old and I this really bother me. My hands are like I am over 50.

herbs for fatty liver

Can I get some advice about fatty liver disease? I am very interested in hearing about herbal treatments for fatty liver disease, and in particular any studies that show how effective herbs are for fatty liver. If there are other alternative treatments, I would love to hear about those too.
