I am a 34 year male. My cholesteroll, HDL, LDL are normal but the triglycerides are high (403). Is this a risk to health and how to lower them. Thanks.

High triglycerides, if not caused by a blood sugar disease like diabetes, can lead to one. Therefore, yes, it can lead to health problems.
You should probably stop eating or greatly reduce foods that are high on the glycemic index, like most grains, white flour and rice, most fruits, starchy vegetables, sugar, alchohol, parsnips, and corn.
However, those low on the glycemic index are grapes, berries, oranges, apples, pears, unripe bananas, peaches, grapefruit, plums, cherries, oatmeal, wheat bran, bulgur, whole-wheat pasta, rye bread, barley, rice bran, legumes, dairy, green vegetables, nuts, and meat.

High Triglycerides could be a culprit in many ways to health problems, is so in my case it has sent me into severe pancreatitis attacks. FYI. As stated above the enriched white flour is something to really cut out all together.
