Hi I am 48 and running if i take my heart rate 220 minus 48 is 172 this is then my max rate Now when i run normaly my heart rate is 165 and when i do speed, hills it will go to 180 and i still feel fine only tired i do recover within a minute So Please explain my Max and Min Heart rates Thanx
