My brother was diagnosed for Dilated cardimyopathy 7 years back and is under treatment. He is now 34 years old. Efficieny of heart is now 40%. 7 years ago, eficciency was 18%. Will he have a long life. Is there a risk in his getting married regards, Suresh

I had my chest X - rayed and the doctor found fluid in my lungs. He diagnosed mitral valve prolapse. What is mitral valve prolapse - my doctor says it is a heart condition, but he does not recommend treatment. I am only 21.
