irregular heart rhythm showed up on bp machine/how to cure naturally/any positive stories

I purchased a BP machine at the drugstore and noticed that at times it registered an irregular heart rhythm icon.  At times I can feel the extra beat and it has started to worry me.  Has anyone found a natural cure for this affliction.
