Hello, I have been practicing bodybuilding for the past several years and I admit that I have came to the end, as far as the normal exercises are concerned. I suppose that I am just a bit reluctant to start using some supplements, perhaps even steroids or something similar. Anyway, are extra hormones and proteins contributors to a heart failure?

Well, if you have been progressing well so far, why would you even need some additional products? I know that you are concerned about the future progress, but you will have to know that there is a big difference between the strength built by exercises and the one artificially structured by steroids for example. And also, use of any supplement, no matter how benign it is, will change the metabolism of your organism.
