heartbeat sound in head

Hi, Iam 31 yrs old and 5 months pregnant.Since , I am pregnant , I am hearing heart beatsound pounding in my head. Its too severe when I lie down.Most of the time , its in the left side of my head . I have Blood pressure too but in control.Can any one please  suggest.....Thanks in advance
