irregular heartbeat after exercise

I'm 49 yo male ,cyclist who had episodes of bradycardia 27bpm. Had a demand pacemaker implanted ,set at 40 bpm. I still have irregular heart beats after exercise. Should I be concerned as I want to train for a 100 mile mountain bike race at altitude.

Heart beat different speeds depending on inhaling/exhaling

Noticed this several times recently, have strange light feeling in chest occasionally. When I breath in my heart beats lighter and faster.. when I breath out it beats heavier and slower. Every time, all the time. Do I need to see a doctor?
