Hemmroid stapling surgery in april...

I do not feel right. I cannot GO correctly at all. Insides hurt and can feel the stuff that isn't going out. I cant keep this up. Ive tried so much. Anyone offer any help with this. I appreciate it. Did anyone go through or is going through the same. Please help thanks everyone.

okay this might be a stupid question. But is it safe to have vaginal intercourse while I am treating myself for anal piles and fissure. (piles and fissure cream) im not sure if I affects the healing process at all as I have never had piles or a fissure prio.
