I had sex last night and tonight then went to bathroom and was bleeding very little bit from the anal but I never had anal sex with my partner. Should I be worried? What is it? I'm a little worried just bc I didn't have anal and I'm bleeding.. So please help!

1 year after surgery, it didn't come out until one year later

My Dr told me I would have a gel pack to come out of my rectum during the first bowel movement after my surgery, it didn't come out until one year later! Is there any concerns about that happening?
