Puched in center of chest

I do Karate and my Sensei and I demonstrated something and so he punched me in the center of the chest after stepping and has been hurting ever sience but not a 10 around a 4 or 5 ( the pain )( it has not been a week yet but I just wanna plan)so anyone who does Karate what would you recoomend I do?

Foot still hurts 2 months after injury

This will probably sound werid , but I hit my foot on a wall and it really hurt so after a week I went to hospital and had an xray, but they said it was nothing, its been about 2 months and I've tried to leave it but it still hurts. ( this is one my big toe)
