Pain above tailbone with a big knot there. I had a motorcycle accident. What could it be?

Pain in chest after fall

I tripped stepping up to sidewalk and fell flat onto sidewalk. I landed flat on my left side breast/chest. I am quite a heavy woman so lots of force. my chest is very sore, and it's very painful to take a deep breath. I am wondering if I should see a doctor.
