Does anyone know of a reputable hospital/dr. that has successfully treated Piriformis Syndrome? I have severe pain, esp. at night, and it is getting worse. I have heard of Dr. Filler but am not sure I am hearing enough success for it to be worth flying from Md. to Calif. PLEASE help me!

Had a car accident a week ago, and yesterday I started to feel great pain and discomfort around the area of my sternum, especially when i breathe or lift my arms up the in the air. My parents don't reckon it's worth going to the doctors before because all they will prescribe me is painkillers....

I got a steroid shot for second degree sunburn yesterday. Has not stop the buning around my neck, I've use aloe other creams ,not helping. I have some Voltaren Gel, is the gel good for the pain and burning?

Sternum fracture after heavy dips

Dear Doctor, I was working out on my tricepts, doing dips, and suddenly I've heard a crack in the middle of my chest with consequent pain. Now I feel some pain when breathing but nothing major. Is it possible that I've fractured my sternum? If so, what should I do? Thanks very much in advance
