Pain in my shin, should i do all the checkups?

Large Bruise and a large fluid filled lump as well

Took a nasty fall on my left thigh. Bruise was huge and i also developed a large bulge that has fluid in it. It has been 3 weeks now and it is still there and it is tender.

Car accident 6 months ago and I'm still in the same pain

So, i got into an accident with a bus about 6 months ago.  I was wearing my seat bt and my air bags never deployed.  Hit my drivers side then continued to slide forward.  Few hours after the accident i was fine until i got home.  Could barely breathe, couldnt sit up or turn....

How much time before swelling from a burn subsides?

I was caught offguard with the plates in a restaurant where I work for quite a while and now I got swelling on both my left and right forearm. I am using ointment but it seems as nothing has changed so far. How much time before swelling from a burn subsides?

Car wreck, minor chest pain

I was in a minor car accident three days ago. I did not get checked or have any treatment. I was fine until the day after. Pain started to come to my chest right above my right breast. It only hurts if I put pressure on the spot, or use my hand to open something. Should I go get checked?

Middle finger's nail flipped half

Two days earlier my middle finger's nail was flipped half and started bleeding so i tried cleaning the blood and bandaged it on the flipped nail, I did'nt try to press it against the nail bed . After two days when i opened the bandage i saw clotted blood on nail bed and it was swollen....
