I have a 4 years old daughter who sustained a severe hot water burn. The burns her right side from her head. All her chest and back was burnt as well as her navel. Now scar has started forming at her face and chest which I am afraid it affect her ability to have breast. There some contracture at her neck. Preventing some movement of head to the left side well. What should I do. Any help or advice.

PLEASE tell us that she has been seen by a doctor.

Scar tissue is permanent.  She needs to be seen for any diagnosis.

Yes a doctor has been seen. Some are suggesting plastics others are of the view that with proper medication it will disappear. I am utterly confused

If the scar tissue is restricting motion she needs surgery, not medication. The scar tissue likely needs to be debrided, removed.
