ankle injury..hurts like hell

Hello there, I am a guy who is 23 years old and 2 days ago I damaged my ankle ligaments. It hurts like hell. What do you think I should do now? I don't want to be in a house all day long. Is there something that I can do? Is there anyone experienced about this? Thanks in advance.
