Diarrhea past year

Iv had diarrhea for the past year it's a every day thing and sometimes I can't control my movements and it sucks what's wrong with me should I just go to the docs? And I have these small blackish spots in my stool kinda like coffee grounds

I also have no large bowel?

I am wondering about how the removal of my large bowel, leaving me with an ileostomy and now approximately 7 feet of small bowel present. Is there any rules about dehydration (almost constant state) and absorption that may apply, emergency room doctors don't seem to know anything here! HELP

I can't hold my stool

I have a problem holding my stool, especially when in a shop which has no bahtroom or toilet. Is this phsycological? I have ulcrative colitus for the last 23 years and had a colonoscopy last week. It is devastating me. Anyone has an aswer to this.

My stomach wont stop twitching.It does it when i wake up till i go to sleep.It happens in different places to.When i lay on my side i feel it a lot.It doesnt hurt but its kind of annoying.I think it might have something to do with me not having a period for like 6 months.Do you guys have any ideas...
