Bloating during day that makes noise

I am a 16 year old guy, 5'6" and recently took antibiotics for acne but stopped it about a month after this started. At school I can feel my stomach bloating and then in some cases I can actually hear noises and sometimes what sounds like an fart but internally. Please help as it is very imberising
