I've recently undergone a colonoscopic surgery,two polyps were removed,one just near the anus and the other at sigmoid colon.since then,i've been living a normal life untill recently that i begin to suffer a serious pain in my lower left abdomen and my anus aswell.However i constipate occationally accompanied also by pain..any help or suggestion please ?
