Pea sized lump around my anus every time i do bowel movements

Everytime i poop, after 20 mins i notice the my anus has this pea sized lump. it doesnt really show yet when im just sitting, but when i squat it starts to develop and its gone the next day. when i poop its there again.

After effects of burst appendix

I had burst appendix a year ago, and still to this day find it very painful going to the toilet, (weeing) I thought it would go away after a few weeks or even a couple of months. But still the same, anyone ever had this, or know why this is?
