I had surgery on nov 17th still no bowel movement and very sore cant even sleep! Taking stool softeners and drinking lots of water.

I am having pressure on my tail bone

I have been having problems having a bowel movement, I don't even feel like I have to go, I have been having pressure on my tail bone and it feels like I am being injected with ice water in my pelvic area.. I am so confused the only way I can go to the bathroom is with an enema. . Please help

too tight after sphincterotomy i cant have a BM?

I had my sphincterotomy about 4 months ago for a level 5 fissure . The pain from the surgery was worse than the pain form the fissure. I thought I was healing but then tore it wide open again with a nasty BM. Dr said I healed too tight he could not even get his finger in there to evaluate me. So now...
