I had a pop sound and a relief sensation on my left lower half of my abdomin after holding a refusing to urinate while I wasdriving. What may have happened? I currently have discomfort slight pain that comes and goes on the left side of my abdomin and diwn to the mid-upper section of my left leg.

A few nights ago I went to my friend's bachelorette party. I had several beers, one mixed drink, and got pretty drunk. Three days later I still have diarrhea and stomach pain that started that morning after I quit drinking. Is this normal or should I see a doctor?
