Can anyone that has had a TotalColectomy, tell me what the worst part of their hospital stay was?

I think some changes should be made when a patient has had a Total Colectomy.  I have an idea, but I would love if you would share with me what your experience was. I think my idea would make anyone who has this surgery in the future feel more comfortable during their hospital stay.
