Can someone please help, undiagnosed major pain for 2 years. Abdomen area

I don't really know what to say on here i've never made a post but here goes...

2 years ago i was having horrible pains, i couldnt sleep right or do anything during the day it was just too much pain for me to handle and nothing seemed to help it, i couldn't poop and the pain kept getting worse.

I ended up going the emergency room a few times because of this pain. They did blood tests - all normal, but the scan they did showed i was "blocked up". I go home and take laxatives they gave me and it all comes out but i carry on getting this pain (It feels really strong like im being winded just around the area on my left by the rib just above belly button and in the centre of my back.) I try to do more exorcise as they told me it would help.. That just seems to help the pain come on.

This goes on for a while untill they give me a colonoscopy! I thought great this should really help... Yet they found nothing.. but after they gave me that the pain sort of died down and went away, came back once or twice for a day or two in the next year.

Now the pain is back again since mid january this year. My sleep and school work is getting ruined by this pain also my eating as im hardly eating anything just to keep the pain away, the doctors still cant figure out what it is.. I've had more scans and blood tests done but they just come back normal.

I've been given Colofac MR to take which seemed to ease it a bit but doesnt feel like its working now and also Molvicol. Been taken both of these for the past week and still getting pain.

I should note ive been on Sertraline 100mg anti depressents for a while.. I was told they can't cause any pain just mentioning incase it could help people know whats wrong with me.

If anyone can help me find out whats wrong with me, i would love you so much :(

hey! Sorry to hear, any type of pain is horrible. This past year I visited the emergency room due to sharp pain in the same area (Very intense) every time I Ate it would strike; almost like someone was Twisting something located on my left side by my ribs (HORRIBLE) i even thought maybe an intestine was having a bit of trouble (being eating made it worse) After X-rays and stuff, turns out I was Also "Backed up" VERY hard to believe being the pain was unbelievable "How could Constipation cause such pain?" well, Miralax was Recommended by the doctor so I proceeded by taking that, Softened my stool.. Lasted a week or so with the same pain (walking was even difficult) After a week the pain Slowly diminished.. Hasn't been back since so Im assuming it was constipation. I hope it never comes back, Hope this helps :/
