stomach problems

in the past 3-4 weeks i 've had diarrhea, small amounts of blood, cramps in the lower front stomach, and mucas when i wipe. the mucas can occure after a bowel movement or even after passing gas.

one week ago I had colonoscopy including one sigmoid, one decending colon polyp removals. I also had prolapsed hemorrhoid banding. My question is why would I still have abdominal (left side) and low back pain (left side). I have had three bowel movements one with bleeding and the rest without.
