After a heavy dinner two days ago ....I developed a running stomach ...totally watery ......a lot of gas ...and unbelievably loud burps that would wake the neighbours !!! I realise that my stomach is infected with some bad bacteria . But here is no pain ....so can I rule out food poisoning ?...
