Stool covered in what looks like fatty substance

This past week, I've been having more frequent stool and they're smaller. Also, it's covered in what looks like fat. Sometimes this fatty substance is not attached to stool and comes out separately. What is going on?

something comes out under my ribs after i have bent over what is it?

Hi when i bend over something comes out from under my ribs and sticks out, between my ribs and my skin, it is extremely painful. I then have to push it back in, which can be painful too, does anyone know what this is and how can i stop it happening? thankyou

i am a student and i get drunk 3 nights a week(10pints and maby 10-15 shots) and have a couple of beers on other nights i noticed over 1 year ago that somtimes their is blood in my poo when their is it sort of stings around my anus and i can feel a sort of pulsing feeling, whatsd wrong with me
