Hookworm eggs found in the stool!

I have to admit that I was really frightened when my toddler called me to show me what he had found in his stool – parasite eggs! And I was really scared until we went to a doctor who said that those were probably hookworms and that he will be all right after the therapy. Is that true?

i have this purple bump comming from my anus. i am concerned about it because it is comming from the inside of it and i am afraid it is serious. what could it possible be. on my hynum i have another bump but it is just a bump not purple. could it be a tumor or colon cancer?
