sence i was twelve ive once a month had pain in my lower belly and nuasiousness then i have to make a bowel movement then i throw up while making the bowel movement what does this mean and when i get exited about something i have to poop it sounds wierd but true

So today I've been having diarrhea, I'm also sick and can't keep anything, not even a few sips of water, down, but over the past couple hours I've been up and down out of bed because I felt the diarrhea coming on but it's just been a clear liquid substance.
