So today I've been having diarrhea, I'm also sick and can't keep anything, not even a few sips of water, down, but over the past couple hours I've been up and down out of bed because I felt the diarrhea coming on but it's just been a clear liquid substance. I'm wondering what could have caused this and if I need to see about having it checked out.

The discharge is likely mucous, or water.
It may have been food poisoning or something? What are your symptoms? What did you have to eat?
Try to keep down fluids so as not to get dehydrated.
