Im on my period and it hurts to try to poop

Hi, im a 13 girl. It hurts when I try to poop. I have been on my period for 6 days and this is the first time it has hurt before. The pain is in my lower abdominal and in the anus area. It's a sharp pain and i feel like i have to poop but i can't! Help plz!!

Colonoscopy done and over with.

It's over with and the tests came back A-OK. They took out some ployops and I had hemmorhoids too.which I didn't know I had.  Oct 15th is my mammogram. So far I'm got a clean bill of health.
