My symptons started on Monday morning with diarrhea followed by 4 days of total constapation by Thursday i suddenly developed severe lower adominal pain that is at it's worst when trying to stand straight up and has been persistant finally Friday night I took a laxative and had bowl movments 6 times today but I still have severe pain when I stand straight. I feel best by walking hunched over. Any thoughts? Please!

I have had a hernia before dosn't hurt to couph nor can I detect any bulges. The pain is located more to my left side today and is worse today! I also don't currently have any health insurance.
