Constant diarrhea, i feel drained.

Hi, hope someone can help. I've had diarrhea every day now for nearly 4 months. I've tried lots of medicine and nothing will stop it. I feel drained, tired an nautious most days. Ive had a few blood tests an they all come back normal. Anyone experienced anything like this?? Any help appreciated.

Irregular & bloody bowel movents

I am a 27 year old male. I have never really had a regular bowel movement since I was a child. Lately I have had problems with quite a bit of bleeding in my stool. It isn't too painful but I just want to know what the possible causes are. Do I need to see a physician or can I fix this on my own?
