Black blood after normal colored/formed stool

I have had difficult times passing stool. I do get bad stomach aches because of it all the time but the pain I'm worried about it a pain in my right hip. It's so unbearable and it usually lasts for upto 2 hours. I find it happens when I try to go to the bathroom or if I haven't gone but need too....

While I was trying to have a bowel movement, I had a couple blood clots. They were the size of a thumbnail. They were also by themselves. Never had a bowel movement.
