The most crazy thing happens when I swim, after I have blood in my stool which persists for a day or two after. This has been happening for a while and I finally figured out it only happens after I swim. Why could this be happening?

I had this problem for two and a half months in the fall and now I have it again. I asked my doctor before and he wasn't to concerned but then I changed doctors but till then it cleared up and now it's back again. I'm not eating anything that should cause this could nerves cause this?
