Hi, I'm 17 and I have seen blood on the tissue after wiping. However, I don't have any other symptoms. Also, I don't pass stools very often and whenever there is blood I always feel as if my stool has cut me on the way out. I'm wondering if this is possible or if anybody knows anything further....

Possible tape worm?

I recently found a long, flat and smooth substance in my stool, approximately 4inchs or 10cms long. I couldn't see any segments and it was a brownish color which couldn't be washed off. I have never noticed anything like this before. Could this be some sort of tape worm or just fiber?Ty
