I wanted to share with others my solution to this embarrassing and what seemed like an uncontrollable situation. And to make matters even worse, the last few years I've been having a more gastric issues as well. I talked to several doctors, they suggested a specialist. I decided before seeing a specialist, I would check the internet and see what others had to say, and found people were having the same symptoms but with very poor results, some people resort to absorbent panties. I started eating granola bars, and found the fiber was great but it caused even more gastric problems, and the unwanted fluid was still there. So I started reading about foods in general and found most foods cause some form of gas, some more than others. Believe me, I even started thinking the worst, like an infected intestinal problem, maybe cleansing is the answer, maybe even worst which I won't mention. And then, I found the answer -----I read that the only starch food that doesn't produce gas is Rice-----not minute rice---but the long white grain Rice---such as organically grown or Jasmine Rice. For me this solved not only the fluid problem but the excessive gastric problem, no more excessive rumbling intestine, only the average amount of gas ( which by the way is on the average of 14 times per day--belching whatever) sounds disgusting but its our system. Eating rice has never really been in my diet, potatoes has been the staple mainly, but it creates gas. I also, found for me eating too much rice might bring on constipation, but then as my system got used to it that disappeared too. I'd like to get some feedback, I realize this may not be the solution for you, but it solved my problem.
