Left kidney is smaller, has scaring and a nodule and I never had kidney infections

Left kidney is smaller has scaring and a nodule. Never had kidney infections. Labs are barley in normal range. No prolonged drug use to cause damage. Problems with leakage and urinating pain, stopping and starting. I 'am 66 year's old, Female.
