Swollen nodes in clavicle area

I first noticed swollen glands in my clavicle are about  4 months ago.(one in each side) They don't hurt at all. I recently went to the doctor to find out I have pneumonia. I am scheduled for an ultrasound in a week but I am started to be worried that this is something serious.
