Puberty still going at 20? It seems like my penis is still growing

So I’m 20 and I got a penis size of 6” and my girl told me she noticed it’s getting bigger. Forth length all of it. I was pretty underweight before it started growing and I’ve gained a lot of weight since I moved to a new house. Ever since then it’s been growing. Can this happen?

I’m 15 years old and still i haven’t hit puberty
