So I have been masturbating for months now and I've just had my first ejaculation. It's clear and kind of sticky and I've also got some pubic hair and I'm getting some spots on my head. Does this mean I'm going through puberty as I still don't have a deep voice?

I have clear sperm which has a bit of white and i don't know if its normal, and im not sure wether its a full ejaculation because the first semen that comes out shoots and the rest kind of leaks
