I am 21 m.. it has been 2 years since i m able to retract my foreskin.. ever since then i  can see white glans of mine..i dont know if it is a layer or glan itself but it is whitish and some reddish in between..glans sensitivity is still high as i dont touch it much.. only through water...sure...
