I'm a 20 year old man. After sex, there is a slight itch at the very tip of the urethra, it will go away after about 10 min and only comes back after sex. Also irritation during urination but no discharge. I always use protection and I've been with the same partner.

Your symptoms are non specific but it would be a good idea to be tested for an STD anyways. They don't all present with discharge. Some, such as chlamydia, often produce NO symptoms. It could also be a urinary tract infection. You need an exam to determine which.
