I'm almost 18, I ejactulate around 2 times a week, I have pubic hair, not a lot of armpit hair though, hardly an facial hair. My penis is 2 inches flaccid, an 5 inches erect, I'm 6'0 an 340 pounds, mostly muscel. Have I fully developed?

Hi im 14 and i have some hair on my armpits and pubic hairs plus alittle mustache but it dosent seem that my penis is growing at all and i get self conscious while changing after gym.
