I'm 13 and i have fordyce spots on my penis and scrotum but to the bottom left of my scrotum i have a larger harder spot i squoze it and it realy hurt. I have never been sexually active so it's not an std, what could it be?

I am 13 when my penis is flaccid it's about 1 3/4 inches long, and when it's hard it's about 4 inches when hard and about 4 3/4 inches in girth (also in the left side of my penis under the head and about in the middle of it there is some extra skin (I am circumcised) is this normal)?

So I have a good amount of curly pubic hair i have a goodish size adams apple, have a small amount of long stringy underarm hair and long black leg hair. I recently ejaculated white semen, instead of clear. Yet, no voice changes? Should it have cracked...
