I am 13 when my penis is flaccid it's about 1 3/4 inches long, and when it's hard it's about 4 inches when hard and about 4 3/4 inches in girth (also in the left side of my penis under the head and about in the middle of it there is some extra skin (I am circumcised) is this normal)?
