Unprotected sex always leaves one open to the possibility of an STI, so you may want to check to see if this is an issue. If it was just a simple urinary tract issue, there may be lingering effects for a few days-weeks; if it does not go away, you should see the doctor again. It’s also a good idea to keep your penis in good overall health through the regular use of a first rate penis nutrient cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil). Look for a cream that includes both a range of vitamins (A, B5 and C at least), plus a powerful antioxidant (such as alpha lipoic acid).  Good luck!
