Hi, I'm a boy 13 y 9 months. My puberty hasn't progressed almost at all in about a year (11 months). 11 months Ago I got two black pubic hairs, now I have got 1-5 more only.. I can precum VERY rarely. My penis has grown maybe an inch, testicles are about 0.8 inch, same as a year ago... My pubes are visible only if You look at them within two feet and in a Bright place... Otherwise you Can't see them at All, especially if i have taken a shower. I get always made fun of me in shower rooms because of they think I have no pubic hair. My penis and scrotum Also looks smaller because I'm very overweight, 5'2 and 115 lbs... I feel suicidal about this Pretty often. When should My puberty progress again? Can I do anything to speed up? Is this even normal that I haven't developed almost at All in a year? Thanks for answers.

Hi Poikaboy
It is frustrating when the changes you are hoping for are not happening as fast as you would like.
There is no way to speed up the process and everyone grows and develops at different rates and times, you have started puberty and you have also experienced some changes so it is just a matter of time before you develop more hair and see more growth and development.
It is hard to say how long it will take and what the end result will be but it will definitely happen.
Try not to let them guys bugging you in the locker room bother you and maybe you could try something like asking them why they are checking out your package it may turn the focus to them for checking out the guys in the shower.
Being a little overweight will hide your size a bit but give yourself sometime it will grow and things will get better, try staying away from the junk food, making healthier eating choices and regular activity will help with the weight.
If you’re having a hard time dealing with things don’t be afraid to talk with your parents, school councillor or teacher they can help you through the tough times and you don’t need to let them bully you.
