I am 14. I have some arm hair, and a fair amount of leg hair.I have a little penis pubes most are clear, but some are dark. My penis is about 3 erect, my voice isnt high, but its not deep.  I have no facial hair. What should i do?

I don't remember the head my penis always being bent upward.since I was 12 I humped my pillow and when I was 13 I noticed the head was bent upward when I was soft and hard I stopped when I was 14 but it is still bent I am now 15 and use my hand but I am wondering if I should go see a doctor
